Isio reshuffles admin leadership after acquisition

Isio has named Kevin Howard as head of pensions administration following its acquisition of Trafalgar House earlier this year.

He succeeds Girish Menezes, who Isio said planned to “step back” from the company next year. Menezes has led Isio’s admin function since joining as part of its 2021 acquisition of Premier Pensions.

Following the reshuffle, Garry Wake will lead operations, Dan Taylor will lead on sales, proposition and client management, Chris Smart will lead client onboarding and client projects, and Clare Maguire will head up service quality.

Howard said: “Bringing Isio and Trafalgar House Pensions Administration together has given us real scale, deep technical expertise and a shared commitment to supporting the person behind every transaction… We’re investing in our people, our technology and our capacity to grow, and we want to be bold in challenging how administration has always been done. My ambition is for Isio to be the administration business that clients choose and members trust.”
