The latest hires, promotions and appointments for the week ending 6 February 2026.

Dalriada Trustees has hired Rosy Anand from Fidelity International as its new head of defined contribution (DC) trusteeship.

At Fidelity, Anand was a director for the company’s £11.2bn master trust and its independent governance committee, which oversees Fidelity’s contract-based DC offering. She has also worked in leadership roles at Aviva and Legal & General.

Adrian Kennett, managing director at Dalriada Trustees, said DC was a strategic priority for his organisation. He added: “The DC governance market is going through a period of massive growth and change. Consolidation, revised Value for Money requirements, at-retirement solutions, and the introduction of pensions dashboards are some of the drivers behind this change.

“The trusteeship market needs to rise to the challenge of protecting member outcomes through and beyond this change. Rosy’s experience, credibility and strong market profile make her an excellent addition to our leadership team.”

Chris Eastwood, chief executive and co-founder of Penfold, said: “Jonathan has been in the trenches of the fintech world for two decades. He’s seen the full lifecycle of a growth business, from first fundraise to eventual exit.

“As Penfold scales, having that breadth of perspective on our board is a massive advantage. He understands our mission to fix a broken pension system, and he has the commercial capability to help us get there faster.”
