Pensions Administrator Manager

£60,000 | North London

FTSE 250 organisation based in north London seeking to recruit a pensions administration manager.

Reporting to the group head of pensions, you will be responsible for the overall pension administration and the management of 25 staff.

The person:

  • 5+ years DB schemes administration experience
  • Experience of managing a team of administration staff at various levels
  • Experience of working collaboratively with other teams/departments
  • A problem solver, dealing with practical, people and political problems
  • Able to develop administrators and administrative processes
  • Able to plan and be flexible within that plan

Pensions Supervisor (maternity leave cover)

£33,686 - £40,716 | London

The HR pension team’s primary objective is to administer and process all administrative and data transfer functions relating to the pension schemes sponsored by UCL, and of which its employees are members. In addition the team provides: advice, information and guidance on the pension scheme rules and pensions in general to members and managers, and contributes to and designs pension, finance, and retirement workshops related to the pension lifecycle of its members. 

The post is to undertake specific maternity cover until August 4 2017, ending on completion of the cover or return of the postholder (whichever is sooner). 

 

Administration Consulting Analyst

Are you an experienced pensions professional with a strong DB and DC pensions administration background and a keen analytical mind? Would you like to get into consultancy and apply your pensions expertise and communication skills to provide expert advice to our clients to help come up with solutions to their pension administration challenges? If you are, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a key member of the administration consulting team you will work with the senior consultant and rest of the team to analyse requirements, determine the scope of projects and assist with the successful delivery of projects for our clients.  

Among other things you will get involved with project managing or supporting pension scheme installations, as well as other specialised administration projects.

You will use your analytical skills to carry out scheme process mapping and process redesign for our clients, and may have the opportunity to design and deliver technical training to support the consultancy advice you provide.

 

SSAS & SIPP Administrators

£20,000 - £40,000 | London

We are currently expanding our team by recruiting SSAS administrators at various levels. Our administrators work as part of a team providing full administration services to a portfolio of clients.

You will be liaising with IFAs and high net worth clients, so good written and verbal communication skills will be essential.

Our offices are in Shoreditch, in an area filled with fast-growing businesses, so your personality should reflect this vibrant and buzzing work environment.

We are looking for proactive, friendly, organised individuals with either SIPP or SSAS experience to hit the ground running.
